摘要
目的了解实验室在乳粉中沙门菌检测领域的水平。方法乳粉样品的前处理按照作业指导书要求进行,根据GB4789.4-2016《食品安全国家标准食品微生物检验沙门氏菌检验》进行沙门菌的分离鉴定,优先选用沙门菌属显色培养基为参照,并以VITEK2 COMPACT全自动微生物分析仪对可疑菌落进行鉴定。结果此次能力验证考核结果为NLYZ-SAL-077样品中检出沙门菌,NLYZ-SAL-531样品中未检出沙门菌。结论本次乳粉中沙门菌检测能力验证结果满意,提高了实验室的检测能力,为微生物实验室以后检验工作使用辅助方法的检测提供了参考依据。
Objective To understand the laboratory’s level in the field of Salmonella detection in milk powder. Methods The pre-treatment of milk powder samples was implemented in accordance with the requirements of the operation instructions. The isolation and identification of Salmonella were conducted in accordance with GB4789.4-2016 National Food Safety Standard-Food Microbiological Examination-Salmonella;Salmonella color medium was preferred as reference and the biochemical identification of suspected isolated colonies was carried out by VITEK2 COMPACT automatic microorganism rapid detection and analysis system. Results The result of this proficiency test was that Salmonella was detected in NLYZ-SAL-077 and not in NLYZ-SAL-531. Conclusion The test result of Salmonella in milk powder of the laboratory was satisfied, which improved the test ability of the laboratory and provided reference basis for the microbiological laboratory to use the auxiliary method in the future.
