布地奈德联合乙酰半胱氨酸对急性加重慢阻肺疗效

Efficacy of budesonide combined with acetylcysteine on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的分析布地奈德联合吸入用乙酰半胱氨酸对急性加重慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)的治疗效果和安全性。方法选取2017年1月1日-2019年7月1日天津医科大学总医院滨海医院收治的慢阻肺急性加重期患者46例,根据抽签结果分为研究组和对照组各23例。对照组单药应用布地奈德,研究组在对照组基础上加用吸入用乙酰半胱氨酸。比较两组治疗后的肺功能指标与不良反应率。结果经过治疗后,研究组的FEV1%、FEV1与FEV1/FVC,均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组与对照组均有2例患者出现恶心症状,两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论布地奈德联合吸入用乙酰半胱氨酸治疗慢阻肺急性加重期患者,可明显改善其肺通气功能,且无严重不良反应发生,具有较高的安全性,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of budesonide combined with inhaled acetylcysteine in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods Forty-six patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who were treated in Binhai Hospital,Tianjin Medical University General Hospital from January 1,2017 to July 1,2019 were selected.According to the results of the draw,they were divided into study group and control group,with 23 cases in each group. The control group was treated with budesonide alone,while the study group was given inhaled acetylcysteine on the basis of the control group. The lung function indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the FEV1%,FEV1,FEV1/FVC in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Only two patients in the study group and the control group had nausea,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reaction between the two groups(P >0.05).Conclusion Budesonide combined with inhaled acetylcysteine in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease could significantly improve their lung ventilation,and there were no serious adverse reactions,showing higher safety,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
