一对被修改过基因的双胞胎女婴于2018年11月在我国诞生,此消息由南方医科大学副教授贺建奎对外发布。此举立刻在国际上引起轰动,因为编辑人类胚胎基因存在难以预料或控制的后果。鉴于此,本文从健康隐患、知情权及伦理审查等方面,对贺建奎的基因编辑婴儿进行分析,并坚决反对将基因编辑技术用于人类生殖系基因的做法。

A pair of genetically modified twin girls were claimed to be born in China in November 2018 by HE Jiankui,an associate professor of Southern Medical University.The claim immediately caused an international sensation,because there were unpredictable or uncontrolled consequences for editing human embryo genes.In view of this,this article analyzed baby gene-editing claimed by HE from health hazards,the right to know,and ethical review,and stated strong objection to the use of gene editing technology in human germline genes.
