微信干预对精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响

Study on WeChat Intervention on Schizophrenia Patients’Quality of Life

目的探讨微信干预对精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法2017年1月-4月将200例精神分裂症患者随机分入试验组和对照组,每组100例,住院期间两组患者均给予常规诊疗护理,给予非典型抗精神病药物治疗。临床痊愈出院后,对照组患者给予门诊随诊管理,试验组患者在此基础上,增加微信方式干预,两组干预时间均为两年。采用阳性与阴性综合征量表(Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale,PANSS)和精神分裂症患者生活质量量表(The Schizophrenia Quality of Life Scale,SQLS)评定患者病情和生活质量变化。结果随着干预时间的延长,两组患者的PANSS和SQLS评分都有随时间变化趋势(p<0.001),干预与时间有交互效应(p≤0.001)且存在组间差别(p<0.001);同期对照比较,在入组后6、12、18、24个月,试验组减分值均大于对照组(p<0.05)。结论微信方式干预有助于精神分裂症患者保持病情稳定并可改善其生活质量。

Objective To explore the influence of intervention by WeChat on quality of life of the patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 200 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from January and April 2017 were randomly assigned into the experimental group(n=100)and the control group(n=100).During the hospitalization,all the patients were given routine care and atypical antipsychotic drugs.After they recovered and were discharged,the patients in the two groups were followed up through outpatient visit for 2 years.And the patients in the experimental group received an extra intervention by WeChat during the 2 years.The patients’condition and quality of life were respectively evaluated with Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)and the Schizophrenia Quality of Life Scale(SQLS).Results The scores of PANSS and SQLS in both groups showed change with time went on(p<0.001).There was a significant interaction effect between intervention and time(p≤0.001).And there was a significant difference(all p<0.001)between the two groups in the scores of PANSS and SQLS.At the 6th,12th,18th and 24th month after intervention,the score deduction of the experimental group was always greater than that of the control group.Conclusion The intervention by WeChat can significantly keep the condition of patients with schizophrenia stable and improve their quality of life.
