摘要
商品在线评论是一种新的体裁文本,对促成商品交易所起的作用越来越大,因此对其体裁对比分析具有一定的现实意义。本研究以英语商品(亚马逊网站)在线评论为语料,以体裁对比分析为基础,提出了关于商品在线评论新的语步模型,揭示了英语(美国和英国)商品在线评论的宏观特征和差异。新的语步模型分为8个语步:必选语步--标题语步、商品信息语步、经历语步和评价语步,可选语步--比较语步、请求对方采取行动语步、建议语步和礼貌收尾语步。本研究某种程度上揭示了亚马逊社区消费者对商品信息和评价语步的偏好和差异,对加深了人们对虚拟空间下言语行为的认识。
Online product review is a kind of new genre which plays a more and more important role in purchasing process.Therefore,it is very necessary to make a research on this study.Based on the comparative genre analysis,this thesis aims to discuss the differences and characteristics of online product reviews among English-speaking countries(America and England)through using a new model which combines Skalicky’s and Bhatia’s moves.The new model is divided into Obligatory Move(Title,Product,Experience,Evaluation)and Optional Move(Comparison,Soliciting response,Suggestion,Ending).This thesis reveals the preferences and differences of Amazon community consumers which deepens people’s understanding of speech acts in virtual space.
