摘要 太赫兹混频器是太赫兹应用邻域中十分重要的一种器件,通常它将太赫兹高频段信号下变频到低频段实现频谱下搬移,或将低频段信号上变频到高频段实现频谱上搬移。肖特基二极管太赫兹混频器是混频器中一种重要的类型,研究该类混频器对于推动太赫兹技术及太赫兹混频器的发展具有潜在价值。重点介绍了肖特基二极管发展现状及肖特基二极管太赫兹混频器的研究进展,归纳了该类器件常用的应用场景,并总结了其研究难点和未来发展方向。 The terahertz mixer is a very important device in the terahertz application field.It usually converts the terahertz high frequency band signal down to the low frequency band to realize the spectrum shift,or converts the low frequency band signal up to the high frequency band to realize the spectrum shift.Schottky diode terahertz mixers are an important type of mixers.The study of this type of mixers has potential value for promoting the development of terahertz technology and terahertz mixers.Development of Schottky diodes and the development of schottky diodes terahertz mixers are introduced,the common application scenarios of such devices are summarized,and the research difficulties and future development directions are summarized.
