梯形梁振动能量收集器的仿真与实验 被引量:5

摘要 针对有学者提出将传统矩形梁能量收集器改成梯形梁以提升器件输出性能的优化方案,利用理论和ANSYS有限元仿真软件分析了不同宽度梯形梁对能量收集器各项性能指标的影响,通过实验验证了上述结论。结果表明:随着梯形梁自由端宽度的减小,梁表面应力分布更均匀,器件谐振频率降低,输出电压升高。相同负载下,梯形梁能量收集器最大输出电压较同尺寸矩形梁提升了34.97%。 Aiming at the optimization scheme that some scholars propose that the traditional rectangular cantilever beam energy harvester should be replaced by trapezoidal one to improve the output performance of devices,influence of trapezoidal beams with different widths on various properties index of energy harvester is analyzed by theory and ANSYS finite element simulation software,and the conclusions are verified by experiments.The result shows that with the decrease of the free-end width of trapezoidal beam,surface stress distribution on the beam become more uniform,the resonant frequency of the device is decreased.and the output voltage is increased.The maximum output voltage of trapezoidal beam energy harvester is 34.97%higher than that of rectangular one with the same size.
