摘要 设计一种基于热电制冷器(TEC)为温控元件的高精度温控系统。以高集成化MCU E523.05为核心控制器,以Pt1000为感温元件,通过数字PID控制算法进行温度闭环控制。经测试,该系统具有温度控制精度高、升、降温速度快、误差小、可靠性高的特点,在0~80℃温度范围内,温度采集精度可达0.03℃以内,控制精度可达0.1℃以内。 A high precision temperature control system based on temperature control element of thermoelectric cooler(TEC)is designed according to the characteristics of fast rising and cooling speed and reversible cooling.The system takes highly integrated MCU E523.05 as the core controller,Pt1000 as the temperature sensing element,and uses digital PID control algorithm for temperature closed-loop control.Through testing,the system has the characteristics of high temperature control precision,fast rate of rise and drop,small error and high reliability.In the temperature range of 0~80℃,the temperature acquisition precision can reach 0.03℃,and the control precision can reach 0.1℃.This system has many application occasions,for example,temperature control of laser,dry well furnace,has certain application value.
