摘要
时栅传感器在信号采样过程中常出现非同步采样和非整周期采样,采用传统的快速傅立叶变换(FFT)算法作为谐波误差分析时,存在频谱泄露和栅栏效应;针对该问题,提出了一种Nuttall窗加三谱线插值的谐波误差分析算法;该算法以Nuttall窗函数作为FFT的谐波分析方法,可减小频谱泄露引起的误差,用三谱线插值算法对其进行修正,可减小栅栏效应引起的误差;对算法进行MATLAB仿真和实验分析,仿真和实验表明:所提算法能够在加窗函数的基础上进一步提高谐波误差分析的准确性,将谐波分析误差精度从0.1″提高到0.06″。对时栅传感器误差曲线的实验研究进一步验证了该算法的有效性。
Time-grating sensors often exhibit non-simultaneous sampling and non-integer sampling during signal sampling.There is spectrum leakage and fence effect when traditional fast Fourier transform(FFT)is used to analyze harmonic error.Aiming at this problem,an harmonic error analysis algorithm based on Nuttall window and triple-spectrum interpolation FFT is proposed,which uses the Nuttall window function as the harmonic analysis method of FFT to reduce the error caused by the spectrum leakage.Meanwhile,triple-spectrum-line interpolation is applied for modifying the error to reduce the error caused by the fence effect.By MATLAB simulation and experiments,the results show the algorithm can further improve the accuracy of harmonic error analysis from 0.1"to 0.06"by utilizing the windowing function.Experimental study of the error curve of time-grating sensor further validates the effectiveness of the algorithm.
