摘要
目的探讨卵巢癌组织中Engrailed-2(EN2)及β-catenin蛋白的表达及临床意义。方法收集笔者医院2010年1月~2013年12月收治的卵巢肿瘤患者的病例资料共110例,其中卵巢癌60例,交界性肿瘤28例,良性肿瘤22例。采用免疫组织化学方法检测组织中EN2及β-catenin蛋白的表达情况,分析EN2及β-catenin的蛋白表达水平与患者临床病理特征之间的关系及EN2与β-catenin之间的相关性。结果卵巢癌组织、交界性肿瘤组织中EN2及β-catenin蛋白的阳性表达率明显高于正常组织(P<0.05);EN2及β-catenin蛋白在低分化卵巢癌中的阳性表达率明显高于高分化组(P<0.05);早期(Ⅰ~Ⅱ期)卵巢癌中EN2及β-catenin蛋白的阳性表达率与晚期(Ⅲ~Ⅳ期)卵巢癌比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且EN2及β-catenin蛋白表达与患者年龄、卵巢癌类型及是否发生淋巴结转移无显著相关性(P>0.05);Spearman等级相关性分析结果显示,EN2及β-catenin在卵巢癌中的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论EN2及β-catenin在卵巢癌组织中高表达,可能与卵巢癌的发生、发展相关。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Engrailed-2(EN2)andβ-catenin proteins in ovarian cancer tissues.Methods A total of 110 cases of ovarian tumor patients admitted in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2013 were collected,including 60 cases of ovarian cancer,28 cases of borderline tumor,22 cases of benign tumor.The expression of EN2 andβ-catenin in tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry.The relationship between the protein expression levels of EN2 andβ-catenin and clinical pathological features was analyzed,and the correlation between EN2 andβ-catenin was further analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of EN2 andβ-catenin in ovarian cancer tissues and borderline tumor tissues were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of EN2 andβ-catenin in low differentiated ovarian cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in the high differentiated ovarian cancer tissues(P<0.05).There was no significantly difference between in early phase(Ⅰ-Ⅱ)ovarian cancer and in late(Ⅲ-Ⅳ)ovarian cancer for EN2 andβ-catenin protein positive expression rate(P>0.05).There was no significant correlation between EN2 andβ-catenin protein expression and age of patients,ovarian cancer types and pelvic lymph node metastasis(P>0.05).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that there was positively correlation between the expression of EN2 andβ-catenin in ovarian cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion EN2 andβ-catenin are highly expressed in ovarian cancer tissues,and may be related to the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer.
