育龄期女性多囊卵巢综合征相关因素研究

Study on Related Factors of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome in Women of Childbearing Age

目的分析与多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovarian syndrome,PCOS)发病相关的因素,为PCOS的诊断和病因学研究提供依据,为制定预防PCOS的措施奠定基础。方法以调查问卷的形式收集确诊为PCOS的患者171例以及同期作为对照的健康备孕女性244例基本情况、生活行为习惯等资料,通过病历查阅的方式收集两组女性实验室检测指标信息,采用χ^2检验、Mann-Whitney非参数检验及Logistic回归多因素分析筛选出PCOS的危险因素。结果高脂饮食(HFD)、月经周期、抗苗勒管激素(anti-Müllerian hormone,AMH)、空腹血糖(FBG)均与PCOS有关,OR值分别为3.181、1.101、1.197、1.652(P<0.05)。结论PCOS是多因素作用的疾病,不良生活行为习惯等因素为其危险因素,体内激素水平为重要检测指标,可作为协助诊断手段。通过研究提高对PCOS相关因素的认识,以期在PCOS的诊断和治疗工作中能起到积极作用。

Objective To analysis the factors associated with the pathogenesis of polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS)and provide a basis for the diagnosis and etiology of PCOS,in order to lay the foundation for the development of measures to prevent PCOS.Methods In the form of questionnaires,171 patients diagnosed with PCOS and 244 healthy pregnant women who were used as controls were collected for basic information and behavioral habits.The information of two groups of female laboratory test indicators was collected by means of medical records.χ^2 test,Mann-Whitney test and Logistic regression multivariate analysis were used to screen out the risk factors of PCOS.Results High fat diet(HFD),menstrual cycle,anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH)and fasting blood glucose(FBG)were associated with PCOS.The OR values were 3.181,1.101,1.197,1.652(P<0.05).Conclusion PCOS is a multifactorial disease,and factors such as bad living habits are the risk factors.The hormone level in the body is an important detection index and can be used as a diagnostic tool.Through research to improve the understanding of PCOS related factors,in order to play a positive role in the diagnosis and treatment of PCOS.
