港口发展与腹地经济互动关系研究

An Investigation into the Interaction between Port Development and Hinterland Economy

岳阳是湖南唯一通江达海城市,也是国家首批长江沿岸对外开放城市、长江中游城市群建设的重要节点城市,肩负着辐射带动区域协调发展的重任。从经济总量、工业增加值、外商直接投资三个方面构建的向量自回归模型来看,岳阳市港口发展与腹地经济发展之间整体上呈现出良好的互动关系,但短期内港口发展对腹地经济的影响小于腹地经济对港口发展的影响;长期内港口发展和工业增加值之间正向的相互促进作用会减弱;短期内外商直接投资对港口发展促进作用不明显。因此,岳阳市需在引导产业集群、优化布局重点产业、积极招商引资方面创新制度安排,促进港城协调发展。

Yueyang is the only city connecting the river and the sea in Hunan Province.It is also one of the first batch of open cities along the Yangtze River and an important node city for the construction of urban agglomerations in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River.From the perspective of the vector autoregressive model constructed from three aspects of economic aggregate,industrial added value and foreign direct investment,Yueyang port development and hinterland economic development show a good interaction on the whole,but in the short term,the impact of port development on hinterland economy is less than that of hinterland economy on port development;in the long term,the promotion effect of the positive interaction between port development and industrial added value will be weakened;the short-term foreign direct investment has no obvious promotion effect on port development.Therefore,Yueyang City needs to innovate institutional arrangements in guiding industrial clusters,optimizing the layout of key industries,and actively attracting investment to promote the coordinated development of the port city.
