内窥镜下辅助假体隆胸术的临床分析

Clinical analysis of endoscopic assisted prosthesis breast augmentation surgery

目的研究内窥镜下辅助假体隆胸术的临床分析。方法抽取本院于2018年1月-2019年12月,此2年时间段抽取本院于年时间段内接受内窥镜下辅助假体隆乳术者43例纳入研究组,选同期接受传统假体置入隆乳术就诊者43例作为对照组。比较两组患者的各项手术指标与包膜挛缩分级情况等。结果相较于对照组,研究组术中出血量更少(P<0.05),手术时长、住院时长、引流时间更短,内窥镜下辅助假体隆胸术的手术效果更佳(P<0.05)。研究组包膜挛缩发生率为6.98%,对照组隆胸术者的包膜挛缩发生率为23.26%,相较于对照组,研究组包膜挛缩发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论内窥镜下辅助假体隆胸术治疗内窥镜下辅助假体隆胸术治疗在此次研究中比传统假体植入隆胸术治疗的作用更佳,对于促进患者的术后恢复,提高手术的安全性等有重要的意义,疗效确切,治疗临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical analysis of endoscopic assisted prosthesis breast augmentation surgery.Methods 43 cases of patients who received augmentation mammoplasty assisted by endoscopy from January 2018 to December 2019 were included in the study group,and 43 cases of patients who received breast augmentation with traditional prosthesis in the same period were selected as the control group.Then,the operation indexes and the classi fication of capsular contracture were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative hemorrhage in patients undergoing breast in the study group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The operation time was longer,the hospitalization time was longer,the drainage time was shorter,and the effect of endoscopic assisted prosthetic breast augmentation was better(P<0.05).The incidence of capsular contracture of patients undergoing breast augmentation in the study group was 6.98%,the incidence of capsular contracture of patients undergoing breast augmentation in the study group was 23.26%.The incidence of capsular contracture was lower in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The endoscopic assisted prosthetic breast augmentation has a better e ffect than traditional prosthetic implant in this study.It is of great signi ficance to promote the postoperative recovery of patients and improve the safety of the operation,with de finite curative e ffect and clinical promotion.
