经眉弓入路结合美容缝合技术治疗Rathke囊肿1例

One case of Rathke cyst was treated by eyebrow arch approach combined with cosmetic suture technique

目的回顾性分析1例有症状的Rathke囊肿临床表现、影像学特点、手术方式、术后缓解情况,表明采用经眉弓锁孔入路结合美容缝合技术,不仅路径距病灶最短,还可隐藏切口线,避免术后瘢痕增生明显。

A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical manifestations,imaging features,surgical methods and postoperative remission of 1 symptomatic Rathke cyst,indicating that the keyhole approach via the arch of the eyebrow combined with aesthetic suture technique not only has the shortest distance from the lesion,but also can conceal the incision line to avoid obvious postoperative scar hyperplasia.
