Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of CO2 laser combined with Subcision in treating acne depression scars. Methods A total of 58 patients with acne pitting scars who visited our dermatology clinic from March 2018 to December 2019 were collected.Randomized control table method was used to divide the combination treatment group and control group according to the ratio of 1:1.The combined treatment group included 29 patients and was treated with CO2 laser combined with Subcision;the control group was 29 patients; The control group contained 29 patients and was treated with CO2 laser. The clinical efficacy,ECCA score, exfoliation time, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients. Results The differences in clinical efficacy and ECCA score before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05);the postoperative pigmentation rate and the incidence of persistent erythema in the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05));The time of exfoliation was slightly later in the combination treatment group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CO2 laser combined with Subcision is safe and effective in treating depression scars, and is worthy of clinical application.
