重组牛bFGF凝胶创面涂抹联合大光斑低能量Q开关Nd:YAG激光、理肤泉特安舒护乳治疗寻常型痤疮患者的短期随访研究

Short-term follow-up study of recombinant bovine bFGF gel wound application combined with largespot low-energy Q-switched Nd:YAG laser and Lifuquan Te'anshu nursing milk for treating acne vulgaris patients

目的探究重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)凝胶创面涂抹联合大光斑低能量Q开关Nd:YAG激光、理肤泉特安舒护乳治疗寻常型痤疮患者的短期效果。方法选取2017年7月~2018年7月我院60例寻常型痤疮患者,采用随机数选取例寻常型痤疮患者,采用随机数字表法分组,各30例。对照组予以大光斑低能量Q开关Nd:YAG激光、理肤泉特安舒护乳治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以重组牛bFGF凝胶创面涂抹。对比两组临床疗效、治疗前、治疗后2个月粉刺、皮疹等皮损计数、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平、Leeds痤疮评分、皮肤病生活质量指标调查表(DLQI)评分、术后不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率90.00%(27/30)高于对照组66.67%(20/30),差异有统计学意义(66.67%(20/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2个月两组粉刺、皮疹计数低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2个月两组TGF-β1、VEGF水平低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2个月两组Leeds评分、DLQI评分低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后不良反应发生率16.67%(5/30)低于对照组40.00%(12/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重组牛b FGF凝胶创面涂抹联合大光斑低能量Q开关Nd:YAG激光、理肤泉特安舒护乳治激光、理肤泉特安舒护乳治疗寻常型痤疮患者,疗效显著,可减少粉刺、皮疹,减轻痤疮病情,抑制瘢痕形成,改善患者生活质量,具有较高的安全性。

Objective To investigate the short-term e ffects of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)gel wound application combined with a large-spot low-energy Q-switched Nd:YAG laser and Lifuquan Te'anshu nursing milk for treating acne vulgaris patients.Methods Sixty patients with acne vulgaris in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected and grouped by random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with a large-spot low-energy Q-switched Nd:YAG laser and Lifuquan Te'anshu nursing milk.The observation group was treated with recombinant bovine bFGF gel wounds based on the control group.Compare the clinical efficacy,acne,rash and other skin lesions,transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)levels,Leeds acne score,dermatological quality of life index questionnaire(DLQI)score and postoperative adverse reactions before and two months after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total e ffective rate in the observation group was 90.00%(27/30)higher than that in the control group 66.67%(20/30),and the di fference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Two months after treatment,the acne and rash counts in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the di fference was statistically signi ficant(P<0.05);Two months after treatment,the levels of TGF-β1 and VEGF in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);Two months after treatment,the Leeds score and DLQI score of the two groups were lower than before the treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the observation group was 16.67%(5/30)lower than that in the control group 40.00%(12/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant bovine bFGF gel wound application combined with large-spot low-energy Q-switched Nd:YAG laser and Lifuquan Te'anshu nursing milk have significant effects on patients with acne vulgaris,it can reduce acne,rash,reduce the condition of acne,inhibit the formation of scars,improve the quality of life of patients,and has higher safety.
