红宝石像束激光联合美容针对女性黄褐斑皮损面积与皮损颜色积分的影响

Effect of Ruby Image Beam Laser Combined Beauty on the Area and Color Integral of Chloasma in Women

目的目的探讨黄褐斑女性联合应用红宝石像束激光及美容针对皮损面积与皮损颜色积分的影响。方法选择我院2018年10月至2019年10月收治的黄褐斑患者86例,均为女性,根据盲抽法将其分为两组,各43例。对照组实施红宝石像束激光治疗,在此基础上,观察组加用美容针治疗,比较两组皮损面积与皮损颜色积分,并记录不良反应发生情况。结果治疗3个月后,两组皮损面积与皮损颜色积分均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为4.65%,略低于对照组的9.30%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论黄褐斑女性联合应用红宝石像束激光及美容针治疗,可有效改善皮损面积与颜色,具有较高的安全性。

Objective To investigate the effect of rubies beam laser and beauty on skin area and color integral of skin lesions in women with chloasma.Methods 86 cases of chloasma treated in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were all women.According to the blind extraction method,they were divided into two groups,43 cases each.the control group was treated with ruby image beam laser.on this basis,the observation group was treated with cosmetic acupuncture to compare the area of skin lesions with the color integral of skin lesions in the two groups,and to record the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results After 3 months of treatment,the skin lesion area and color score of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.65%,slightly lower than 9.30%in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ruby beam laser and cosmetic needle therapy can effectively improve the area and color of skin lesions and have high safety.
