755蜂巢皮秒联合Cytocare532治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效观察

摘要 目的 观察755蜂巢皮秒联合Cytocare532治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效及其安全性。方法 选取2017年8月至2018年7月于长沙美莱医疗美容医院皮肤科就诊并确诊为黄褐斑的患者30例,所有患者均予以Cytocare532与皮秒激光治疗,Cytocare532及皮秒均治疗五次。应用MASI评分(Melasma Area Severity Index, MASI)和治疗前后照片对比改善效果。结果 对比治疗前后照片并对患者面部黄褐斑MASI评分进行统计学分析,黄褐斑均有不同程度改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);30例患者中,13例(36.7%)达到75.00%以上的改善率,11例(36.7%)达到50.00%以上的改善率,总有效率100%。结论 755蜂巢皮秒联合Cytocare532治疗黄褐斑疗效确切,无明显副作用,为治疗黄褐斑提供了一个新手段,且安全性良好,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of 755 honeycomb picosecond combined with Cytocare532 in the treatment of chloasma.Methods 30 cases of patients with chloasma diagnosed in the dermatology department of changsha meirai medical cosmetology hospital f rom August 2017 to July 2018 were selected.All patients were treated with Cytocare532 and picosecond laser.Cytocare532 and picosecond were treated five times.The MASI Area Severity Index(MASI)and the photos before and after treatment were applied to compare the improvement effect.Results after the treatment,the MASI score of facial chloasma was statistically analyzed.The improvement of facial chloasma was found to be different degrees,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Among the 30 patients,13(36.7%)achieved an improvement rate of more than 75.00%,11(36.7%)achieved an improvement rate of more than 50.00%,and the total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion:755 honeycomb picosecond combined with Cytocare532 is effective in the treatment of chloasma,and has no obvious side effects.It provides a new method for the treatment of chloasma with good safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
