摘要
为明确中小企业高质量发展的具体指标并进行科学的评价,通过对文献进行梳理总结了国内学者对高质量发展的研究,深入了解中小企业高质量发展的内涵,以创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享发展理念为依据,构建了经济效益、绿色生态、中小企业发展、开放创新4个维度评价体系,采用熵值法对各项指标进行评价,为中小企业高质量发展政策制定提供参考.
In order to clarify the specific indicators of high-quality development of SMEs and carry out scientific evaluation,the paper summarized the domestic scholars’ research on high-quality development of SM Es by combing the literature,and deeply understood the connotation of high-quality development of SM Es. Based on the concept of open and shared development,it established a five-dimensional evaluation system such as economic benefits,green ecology,SM E development,and open innovation. It uses the entropy method to evaluate various indicators to provide high-quality development policies for small and medium-sized enterprises reference.
