摘要
随着公司项目量的日益增长,为了建立完善的项目管理流程,公司迫切需要开发一款多部门协作的综合性项目管理系统,以便有效地控制进度、成本、奖金、发票等项目情况。笔者从公司项目管理的实际特点出发,对项目流程管理进行分析,根据公司项目进行的现状将系统设计成以多部门项目管理为核心,加上各类辅助模块,形成完整的由公司多部门协调参与的综合性内部项目管理系统。
With the increasing number of projects in the company,in order to establish a perfect project management process,the company urgently needs to develop a comprehensive project management system with multi department cooperation,so as to effectively control the progress,cost,bonus,invoice and other project conditions.Based on the actual characteristics of the company’s project management,the author analyzes the project process management,and according to the current situation of the company’s project,designs the system as a comprehensive internal project management system with multi department project management as the core and various auxiliary modules.
