远程会诊系统的探究与实践

Research and Practice of Remote Consultation System

随着我国医疗卫生事业及信息化的快速发展,远程医疗也得到了飞速发展,有效解决了医疗资源分布不均的问题,改善了“小散远”现象,让医疗实力较弱的基层医院单位通过远程医疗服务平台,能够享受有实力的中心医院提供的先进医疗技术支撑。笔者介绍了一个在笔者所在单位已经成功实践的远程会诊系统,该系统借助于互联互通、计算机多媒体等技术,面向基层医疗机构提供了远程会诊、远程影像诊断、远程心电诊断等服务,促进了医联体内医疗机构的相互连接,实现了优质医疗资源的共享。

With the rapid development of China's medical and health undertakings and information technology,telemedicine has also been rapid development,effectively solving the problem of uneven distribution of medical resources,improving the phenomenon of"small scattered distance",so that the grass-roots hospital units with weak medical strength can enjoy the advanced medical technology support provided by the powerful central hospital through the telemedicine service platform.This paper introduces a remote consultation system which has been successfully implemented in my unit.With the help of interconnection,computer multimedia and other technologies,this system provides remote consultation,remote image diagnosis,remote ECG diagnosis and other services for basic medical institutions,promotes the interconnection of medical institutions in the Medical Association,and realizes the sharing of high-quality medical resources.
