护栏清洗车智能控制系统的组成及关键功能设计

摘要 针对原有护栏清洗车故障点多、智能化程度低等缺点,笔者介绍了一种以IMC控制器为核心的控制系统。该系统控制器通过接收总线按键板的指令,实现护栏清洗车手动及自动功能,同时通过显示器不仅可以实时显示整车状态,还可以完成传感器标定。该系统能够降低驾驶员的劳动强度,有效提高护栏清洗车的工作效率、安全可靠性及自动化程度。 In view of the shortcomings of the original guardrail cleaning car,such as many failure points and low intelligent level,the author introduces a control system with IMC controller as the core.The system controller can realize the manual and automatic functions of the guardrail cleaning car by receiving the command of the bus key board.At the same time,the display can not only display the real-time status of the car,but also complete the sensor calibration.The system can reduce the driver’s labor intensity,effectively improve the efficiency,safety,reliability and automation of the guardrail cleaning car.
