基层电大社区教育平台建设研究

Research on the Construction of Community Education Platform at the Basic Radio and TV University

随着互联网技术的发展,线上线下资源越发丰富,笔者以此为契机,研究基层电大社区教育平台建设。该平台充分结合线上线下资源,以学员为单位,努力为每位学员提供精准的学习计划,让学员在线上学习的同时,能够线下在各地社区大学的指导下进行实践操作,从而能够让学员学到理论知识的同时提升实际操作能力。

With the development of Internet technology,online and offline resources are more and more abundant.The author takes this opportunity to study the construction of community education platform of basic TV University.The platform fully combines online and offline resources,takes the students as the unit,and strives to provide each student with accurate learning plan,so that the students can learn online and practice under the guidance of local community universities offline,so that the students can learn theoretical knowledge and improve practical operation ability at the same time.
