当前,实践性教学模式已成为各大高等学校教育教学改革关注和研究的重要课题之一。本文从实践性教学模式的内涵、改革与发展、教学与实践之间的关系等方面展开分析,探讨在以理论教学为基础与指引的前提下,如何通过实践性教学培养应用性人才的模式与方法,以提高学生的实践与创新能力,使得高校人才的培养与社会专业性的需求能够完美衔接。

At present,the practical teaching mode has become an important subject of the attention and research of the education reform in most universities.This paper carried out to explore the connotation,the reform and development and the relationship of teaching and practice of the practical teaching mode.And it explores how to cultivate the pattern and method of applied talents through practical teaching under the premise of the theory teaching and the guidance,so as to improve the students'practice and innovation ability,so that the cultivation of talents in universities can perfect the convergence of social professionalism.
