新时代对高校大学生思想政治工作提出了新要求,院(系)党组织直接面对广大教师和学生开展工作,担负着把党的路线、方针和政策落实到师生的重要任务,要利用党组织的政治功能和组织优势,发挥思想政治工作的引领作用,实现党务业务融合发展,打通思想政治工作主渠道“最后一公里”,形成协同育人格局,保证党的教育方略落地生根,为实现中华民族伟大复兴的“中国梦”,培养出符合时代要求的社会主义建设者和接班人。

The new era has put forward new requirements for the ideological and political work of undergraduates.The Party organization of the schools or departments work directly in the face of the teachers and students,and undertake the important task of implementing the Party’s line,principles and policies to the teachers and students.The schools or departments in the colleges and universities should make use of the political functions and organizational advantages of the Party organization,give full play to the leading role of ideological and political work,realize the integrated development of Party affairs and business,open"the last kilometer"of the main channel of ideological and political work,form a pattern of collaborative education,ensure the Party’s education strategy takes root,and cultivate a batch of builders and successors of socialism that meets the requirements of the times in order to realize the"Chinese dream"of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese Nation.
