水处理生物学创新实验——领略微生物之美

摘要 为激发学生的学习兴趣、全面提高学生的综合应用能力与创新性思维,提出以微生物做颜料、平板培养基为画板进行创新实验,代替原本枯燥的微生物验证实验。实验涵盖了文献查阅、玻璃器皿的准备、混合菌的分离、纯培养菌种的显微鉴定、纯菌活化、图案设计及作画培养等环节。在教学与评价机制方面,借助互联网平台,让学生分享实验过程中遇到的问题或特殊的实验现象、互评实验报告,师生共同探讨以规范实验操作。充分强调学生的主体地位,培养他们发现、分析及解决问题的能力,提高教学质量与效果。最后以投票的形式选出排名前三的微生物作画成品,分享他们成功画出精美图案的实验技巧。 Basic microbiology experiment skills are the basis for learning water treatment biology course.In order to stimulate students’interest in learning,comprehensively improve students’application ability and innovative thinking,it is proposed to use microbes as pigments and plate medium as board for innovative experiment,instead of the original boring microbial verification experiments.The experiment covers access of literatures,preparation of glassware,separation of mixed bacteria,microscopic identification of pure culture strains,activation of pure bacteria,design of patterns,drawing and culturing.In terms of teaching and evaluation mechanism,the Internet provides a platform for students to share problems encountered during the experiment or special experimental phenomena and evaluate experiment reports mutually,which would standardize experimental operations through joint discussion of teachers and students.It fully emphasizes the subjective status of students,exercises their ability to discover,analyze and solve problems,and improves the quality and effectiveness of teaching.Finally,the top three microbial paintings would be selected by voting and three winners shared their experimental skills in successfully drawing beautiful patterns.
