摘要
紧密对接临床职业岗位的医学基础实训中心是培养高质量高职护理人才的重要实践平台,目前卫生类职业院校医学基础实训中心资源单一性与其功能多样性之间的矛盾制约高职护理人才培养质量的提高。我们基于护理职业岗位分析,以“功能目标与功能要素”和“现存问题”为双导向,开展了融“多功能、认知规律和教育规律”于一体的医学基础实训中心闭环式建设与应用的实践,取得了良好效果。
The medical basic training center,which closely links clinical occupations,is an important practical platform for cultivating high-quality and high-quality nursing talents.At present,the contradiction between resource unity and functional diversity of medical basic training centers in health vocational colleges restricts the improvement of the quality of higher vocational nursing students.Based on the analysis of nursing professional positions,we have carried out the closed-loop construction of the medical basic training center by integrating“multi-functionality,cognitive law and education law”with“functional goals and functional elements”and“existing problems”as the dual orientation.The application of the practice has achieved good results.
