摘要
随着高校实验课程不断丰富,实验设备不断更新,一些低效的管理问题也随之出现。实验室管理人员的工作量越来越大,同时也间接导致实验室的开放程度不高,如何高效管理实验设备成为管理人员的必须要面对的问题。针对目前实验室管理难的现状,设计了集预约、监测功能于一体的信息类开放共享仪器设备的运行状态监测装置,该装置以ARM Cortex-M3微控制器为核心,采用电力线载波实现与集中器的数据通信,能够实现对开放共享仪器设备的运行状态(电压、电流、功率、启动、停止等)进行监测及开关机控制。该装置已应用到北京科技大学CDIO自动化实验室的A1000小型水箱实训设备管理,运行效果良好,为兄弟院校信息类设备开放共享具有一定的参考价值和借鉴意义。
Some inefficient management problems have arisen,and the workload of laboratory administrators is increasing with the continuous enrichment of experimental courses and the renewal of experimental equipment in colleges and universities.A state monitoring device for experimental information equipment is designed aiming at the difficult situation of laboratory management,it integrates reservation and monitoring functions.The device is based on ARM Cortex-M3 microcontroller and uses power line carrier to realize data communication with concentrator.It can realize open sharing of the instruments and equipment and completes control of the power switch of the instruments and equipment.The device has been applied to the A1000 small water tank training equipment in the CDIO Automation Laboratory of University of Science and Technology Beijing.The running effect is good.It has certain reference value and significance for the information equipment opening and sharing in other colleges and universities.
