摘要 随着微电网商业化发展,微电网运营商更加注重其未来运营盈利性。微电网规划应结合其运营模式为投资者提供盈利途径,而现有研究尚未将微电网规划与运营策略相结合。为此,该文提出考虑运营交易的微电网优化配置方法。参考现有微电网运营模式的研究,构建微电网运营交易策略,提出微电网规划–运营联合优化模型。该模型将微电网规划方案与运营交易策略进行联合优化,实现兼顾投资与运营经济性的微电网优化配置。为表示微电网运营要素的不确定性,采用鲁棒优化构建不确定场景集。利用内嵌二阶锥规划的和声搜索混合算法对模型进行求解。以RBTS Bus6系统为例,对模型有效性进行验证。算例结果表明,微电网规划方法耦合其运营策略,能够为微电网运营商提供合理的投资回报途径,并获得长远经济效益。 With commercial development of microgrid(MG),MG operators have paid more attention to its future operational profitability.MG planning should be integrated with its operation mode to provide investors with profitable approaches,nevertheless,there has been no relevant research.Therefore,a optimal configuration method of micro-grid considering operating and exchanging has been proposed in this paper.The operational strategy and planning-operating co-optimization model were established for MG referring to the operation mode researches of MG in hand.The model has realized optimal configuration of MG for purpose of balancing investment and operation economic efficiency,which has jointed optimization of MG planning scheme and its exchanging strategy.To represent the uncertainties of MG operational factors,the robust optimization method was applied to build uncertain scenarios.Finally,the model was solved by using a hybrid algorithm,which combined second-order cone programming and harmony search algorithm.Effectiveness of the proposed model was tested on RBTS Bus6 system,and the results show that the MG planning method coupled operation strategy can provide a reasonable investment return way and obtain long-time economic benefits.
