放线菌ZZ-9发酵液与腐植酸钠混施对小麦的促生作用 被引量:4

Effect of actinomycetes strain ZZ-9 fermentation broth mixed with sodium humate on the growth of wheat

摘要 为探讨放线菌ZZ-9发酵液与腐植酸钠混施对小麦生长的影响,将ZZ-9发酵液与腐植酸钠按照不同质量比混合,探究放线菌ZZ-9发酵液与腐植酸钠混施后对小麦的生长指标和生理生化指标的影响。结果表明,ZZ-9发酵液与腐植酸钠质量比为16∶4时,对小麦的各生理指标的影响较明显,与空白对照相比较,生长30 d后,小麦株高和根长分别增加了32.7%和30.6%;PAL和PPO活性增加了129.7%、68.0%;叶绿素含量增加了57.8%;MDA含量减少了69.4%。与单施发酵液相比较,小麦株高和根长分别增加了12.16%、7.57%;PAL和PPO活性分别增加了85.10%、96.30%;叶绿素含量增加了37.92%;MDA含量减少了56.65%。证明放线菌ZZ-9发酵液与腐植酸钠按16:4比例混施后处理小麦,对小麦具有更好的促生效果。 In order to investigate the effect of the mixture of actinomycetes ZZ-9 fermentation broth and sodium humate on wheat growth,the above two ingredients were mixed according to different mass ratios,and their effects on the growth index and physiological and biochemical index of wheat were studied.The results showed that when the mass ratio of ZZ-9 fermentation broth to sodium humate was 16∶4,the effect on the physiological indexes of wheat was obvious.Compared with the blank control,after growing for 30 days,the plant height and root length of wheat increased by 32.7%and 30.6%,respectively;the activities of PAL and PPO increased by 129.7%and 68.0%,the content of chlorophyll increased by 57.8%,and the content of MDA decreased by 69.4%.Compared with using fermentation broth alone,the plant height and root length of wheat increased by 12.16%and 7.57%,respectively;the PAL and PPO activity increased by 85.10%and 96.30%,the chlorophyll content increased by 37.92%,and the content of MDA decreased by 56.65%.It was proved that the mixture of actinomycetes ZZ-9 fermentation broth and sodium humate at 16∶4 had a better growth promotion effect on wheat.
