阿尔泰藜芦提取物抗真菌活性研究初报 被引量:3

A preliminary report on antifungal activities of Veratrum lobelianum extractive

摘要 采用超声辅助法用乙醇对阿尔泰藜芦(Veratrum lobelianum Bernh.)根和根茎部浸提;浸提液经浓缩后,依次用石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、水萃取得到相应的萃取物;采用菌丝生长抑制法测定了阿尔泰藜芦提取物对灰葡萄孢菌(Botrytis cinerea)、茄链格孢菌(Alternaria solani)、尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum)及链格孢菌(Alternaria alternata)的抑菌活性。结果表明,4种萃取物对灰葡萄孢菌、茄链格孢菌、尖孢镰刀菌及链格孢菌4种供试病原菌均有一定的抑制作用。4种萃取物(石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、水)对链格孢菌的抑制率均最高,EC50分别为1683.00、929.33、766.00、358.67μg/mL。水相萃取物对4种病原菌的抑制效果最佳,其对灰葡萄孢菌、茄链格孢菌、尖孢镰刀菌及链格孢菌的EC50分别为939.33、554.00、1294.33μg/mL和358.67μg/mL。 The roots and rhizome of Veratrum lobelianum Bernh.were leached by ethanol using the ultrasound-assisted method.After concentration,the corresponding agents were extracted by petroleum ether,chloroform,ethyl acetate,and water in series.The antimicrobial activity of the extracts against Botrytis cinerea,Alternaria solani,Fusarium oxysporum,and Alternaria alternate was tested by mycelium growth inhibition methods.The results showed that the four extracts had certain inhibitory effects on the four pathogens tested.The four extracts all had the highest inhibition rate against Alternaria alternate,and the EC50 of the extract in petroleum ether,chloroform,ethyl acetate,and water phase was 1683.00μg/mL,929.33μg/mL,766.00μg/mL and 358.67μg/mL,respectively.Moreover,the inhibitory effect of the extract in the water phase was the best.The EC50 of it against Botrytis cinerea,Alternaria solani,Fusarium oxysporum,and Alternaria was 939.33μg/mL,554.00μg/mL,1294μg/mL and 358.67μg/mL,respectively.
