钢筋插入式灌浆波纹管连接锚固性能试验研究

摘要 为了研究钢筋插入式灌浆波纹管连接锚固性能,对24个试件进行拉拔试验,分析钢筋锚固长度、波纹管外径与钢筋直径的相对比值对锚固性能的影响。研究结果表明,试件破坏形式主要表现为钢筋拉断和金属波纹管拔出;当锚固长度不小于10倍钢筋直径时,试件均为钢筋拉断;当锚固长度为7倍钢筋直径且直径的相对比值较大时,钢筋的锚固性能表现更佳。在实际工程中,当波纹管外径与钢筋直径的相对比值与本试验接近时,锚固长度可取10倍钢筋直径。 In order to study the anchorage performance of grouting connection with rebar inserted corrugated ducts,the pullout tests were carried out on a total of 24 specimens.The effect factors of anchorage length and the relative ratio of corrugated ducts diameter to rebar diameter on anchorage performance were analyzed.The results show as follows:(1)the failure modes of specimens are tensile failure of rebar and pull-out failure of metail corrugated ducts.(2)When the anchorage length is not less than 10 times as the diameter of rebar,the failure modes of specimens are all tensile failure of rebar.(3)When the anchorage length is as 7 times as the diameter of the rebar,the bigger relative ratio of corrugated ducts diameter to rebar diameter,the better the anchorage performance of rebar.In practical,when the relative ratio of corrugated ducts diameter to rebar diameter is close to the test,the anchorage length can be 10 times as the diameter of the rebar.
