新型轨排匀枕机构设计关键技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文介绍一种轨排设计中新型的、可适应于密排轨枕不同间距要求的匀枕机构。匀枕机构采用链条传动,电机转速采用变频器闭环控制,提高了匀枕链条的可操控性,可靠性好、传动响应快速、精度高。探究了匀枕机构运动参数影响轨排间距的机理,并建立翻枕器物理模型,对翻枕器与轨枕全过程接触状态和受力状况进行运动学仿真,得出了翻枕过程接触载荷变化曲线;基于ANSYS静态结构求解器,优化翻枕器结构并进行现场试验验证。 A new type of uniform sleeper mechanism suitable for different spacing requirements of closely spaced sleepers was introduced in this paper.The chain drive was used for the uniform sleeper mechanism,and the frequency converter closed-loop control was adopted for the motor speed,which improved the controllability of the uniform sleeper chain,with good reliability,fast transmission response and high precision.And the theory about the influence of the motion parameters of the uniform sleeper mechanism on the spacing of the rails was explored.After the physical model of the sleeper tipper was established,the contact state and stress state between the tipper device and the sleeper were kinematically simulated in the whole process,and the contact load curve in the process of turning over the sleeper was given.Based on the ANSYS static structure solver,the structure of the sleeper tipper was optimized and verified by field test.
