摘要
青连铁路跨胶州湾特大桥位于胶州湾部分浅滩生态敏感区,施工环保要求较高,且整孔铁路箱梁吨位较大,传统的现浇法施工很难满足要求,经研究最终采用带湿接缝的预制节段梁施工技术。该线路施工面临拼装场地受限、桥后喂梁、节段块精确调整等施工难点。针对工程特点及施工组织要求,研制了1800t级预制节段梁架桥机并在该项目中成功应用,解决了施工过程中存在的技术难题,具有良好的经济效益和环境效益,为其它类似项目预制节段梁施工提供实践经验。
The viaduct of Qinglian High-speed Railway is located in the ecologically sensitive shoal region of Jiaozhou Bay.Due to the high requirements of construction environmental protection and the large tonnage of the full-span railway box girder,the traditional cast-in-situ method is difficult to meet the requirements.After research,the prefabricated segmental girder construction technology with wet joint is finally adopted in the project.There are many construction difficulties such as limitation of assembly area,lifting the segmental girder cross the launching gantry,adjusting the segmental girder exactly.According to the project characteristics and the requirements of the construction organization,we designed the 1800t segmental launching gantry and used it in this project,which successfully solved the technical problems in the construction process.The economic and environmental benefits has created.It could provide practical experience for the erection of other precast segmental girders.
