试论医务社会工作在静脉输液治疗安全环境构建过程中的作用

A Study on Medical Social Work under Establishing Security Environment of Intravenous Infusion Therapy

基于医务社会工作理论,以具体的案例分析为切入点,探讨了通过运用社会工作的专业知识和技术构建静脉输液治疗安全环境的相关问题,提出让医务工作者掌握医务社会工作的相关理论和知识能够实现静脉输液治疗安全环境的构建和维护。基于案例分析,认为开展静脉输液治疗的安全环境并非天然存在,这需要医务工作者利用医务社会工作的相关理论和知识有针对性地开展控制和管理,从而保障静脉输液治疗活动的环境安全。

Our study is based on medical social work theory.According to a case study,we discuss howto establish security environment of intravenous infusion therapy by medical practitioner based on medical social work theory.After we discussed the conflict between persons in the event,and all the critical points involved,and the possibilities of establishing security environment of intravenous infusion therapy,we believe that medical social work theory could be the best way to fulfill our goal.As we known,security environment of intravenous infusion therapy is not nature,we have to use medical social work theory and manage the whole process,so that secure the environment of intravenous infusion therapy.
