摘要
本文基于1998-2017年13个粳稻主产省份的面板数据,利用随机前沿分析框架测算粳稻的技术进步率和技术偏向指数,深入分析中国粳稻技术进步的实现路径以及技术进步方向的时空演进特征。研究发现:粳稻技术进步率为1.1%,技术进步的潜能主要来自偏向性技术进步;粳稻的偏向性技术进步有明显异质性和阶段性特征。建议研发推广节本提质增效的绿色技术,依靠现代化信息技术和管理手段进一步提升技术精度服务水平,加强政策导向作用,促进粳稻绿色生产。
Japonica rice undertakes the important responsibility of food security and social stability in China.However,few studies have focused on the Japonica rice technical progress path of japonica rice from the perspective of the biased technical progress.Based on the stochastic frontier analysis framework,this paper estimates the technical progress rate and technical biased index of japonica rice in China’s 13 provinces from 1998 to 2017,and analyses the path and temporal-spatial characteristics on technical progress.The results indicate that the technical progress rate of Japonica rice is 1.1%,which potentially depends on the biased technical progress.The technical progress has a significant provincial spatial heterogeneity and periodic characteristics.Based on the above results,this paper proposes to develop green technology,strengthen the policy-oriented role,and further promote the precision service of technology by the modern information technology and management means.
