AHP Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of Planning Environmental Impact Effectiveness

随着社会经济高速发展,给生态环境带来了较大的压力,为从源头上控制环境污染,利用规划环境影响评价来作为一个科学合理的方法来实现这一过程,探讨了规划环评有效性影响因素,从技术层面、制度层面和社会层面分别论述对环评工作的影响,介绍了利用层次分析方法进行规划环评工作的具体步骤和过程,为该方法在环评工作中的开展提供借鉴。

With the rapid development of social economy,it brings great pressure to the ecological environment.In order to control the environmental pollution from the source,the planning environmental impact assessment is used as a scientific and reasonable method to realize this process.In this paper,the influencing factors of the effectiveness of planning environmental impact assessment were analyzed.From the technical level,the institutional level and the social level,the impact on the environmental impact assessment was discussed respectively,and specific steps and processes of planning environmental impact assessment work by the analytic hierarchy method were introduced,which could provide some reference for the application of the method in the environmental impact assessment work.
