一流学科建设的本质是构建组织间的协作系统。当人们关注学科在各类排行榜上的名次变化时,对学科建设要达到的实际效果并不知晓。在既有制度的约束下,"一流学科"建设出现了组织目标错置与建设方式趋同等异化现象,时间一长就会产生学科发展的"市场失灵"。一流学科建设需要重新梳理组织关系,在知识上形成协作网络,使学科与大学之间产生文化共振。今天的创新已经成为系统现象,创新范式的革新来自系统内的制度丰富和组织变革。这一切要完成"去中心化"的组织再造,增加创新的联结点才能使知识真正发挥其价值。

The essence of the construction of first-class discipline is to build a cooperation system among organizations. When people pay attention to the ranking changes of disciplines in various rankings,they do not know the actual effect of discipline construction.Under the constraint of the existing system,there are some alienation phenomena in the construction of"first-class discipline",such as the misplacement of organizational goals and the convergence of construction methods. As time goes on,"market failure"will appear in the development of disciplines. The construction of first-class discipline needs to reorganize the organizational relationship,form a collaborative network in knowledge,and create cultural resonance between disciplines and universities. Today’s innovation has become a systematic phenomenon. The innovation of innovation paradigm comes from the institutional enrichment and organizational change in the system. All of these need to complete the"decentralization"of organizational restructuring,and increase the connection point of innovation to make knowledge really play a value.
