加强村级党组织政治生态建设是新时代“全面净化党内政治生态”的应有之义。当前,村级党组织政治生态在意识形态、党员队伍、组织运行和政治风气四个维度上仍有不少挑战,其解决对策在于加强思想政治教育、优化用人导向、扣紧治党责任、完善监督体系,营造村级党组织政治生态的“绿水青山”。

Strengthening the construction of the political ecology of the village-level party organizations is the proper meaning of“comprehensively purifying the political ecology within the party”in the new era.At present,there are still many challenges in the four dimensions of ideology,Party members,organization operation and political atmosphere in the political ecology of village Party organizations.The solution lies in strengthening the ideological and political education,optimizing the employment guidance,tightening the responsibility of Party governance,improving the supervision system,and building a“lucid waters and lush mountains”of the political ecology of village Party organizations.
