Modern distance education is a new form of education with the development of modern information technology.It can get rid of the limitation of regional time and space and maximize the high-quality distance education resources.This paper analyzes the characteristics of modern distance education resources from a macro perspective,outlines the principles to be followed in the integration of modern distance education resources and English teaching in western primary schools,and analyzes the basic strategies for the integration of modern distance education resources and English teaching in western primary schools.
