境外钢结构项目报价过程中海运费风险的分析和规避

随着全球经济化的不断发展和国家的一带一路建设拉动效应的显现,境外钢结构项目近年来增长迅猛,但是境外钢结构与国内普通的钢结构项目的运输报价有很大的不同。境外钢结构项目报价需要仔细地考虑海运费的风险,并根据可能出现的风险采取一些规避措施,从而保障境外钢结构项目的报价在后续项目执行过程中不会出现超支现象。基于此,本文首先简单地分析了一下境外钢结构项目报价过程中容易出现的海运费风险问题,随后根据这些可能出现的问题给出了相应的解决措施。以此供相关人士进行交流与参考。

With the continuous development of global economics and the stimulating effect of the China’s the Belt and the Road initiative, overseas steel structure projects have grown rapidly in recent years. However, the quotations for transportation of overseas steel structures differ from ordinary domestic steel structure projects. Overseas steel structure project quotation needs to carefully consider the risk of sea freight and take some circumvention measures according to the possible risks, so as to ensure that the overseas steel structure project quotation will not be overrun during the subsequent project execution. Based on this, this article first briefly analyzes the sea freight risk problems that are likely to occur in the quotation process of overseas steel structure projects, and then gives corresponding solutions based on these possible problems. This is for the communication and reference of relevant persons.
