城市滨水带状公园静态交通规划设计研究--以济南黄河风貌带示范段为例

摘要 文章以济南黄河风貌带示范段为例,简要论述城市滨水带状公园静态交通规划设计的经验体会。在客流总量预测和停车位需求总量预测的基础上,分析不同交通方式的出行比例,结合城市滨水带状公园的特点对各类静态交通设施的规模及位置进行规划。协调动静交通衔接,提供合理停车设施规模以满足静态交通进出需求,为市民游客提供便捷的停车服务,提高公园的服务品质。本文的研究思路和方法对相关公园的交通专项规划有一定借鉴意义。 Taking the demonstration section of the Ji’nan Yellow River Landscape Belt as an example, the article briefly discusses the experience of static traffic planning and design of urban waterfront belt parks. Based on the total passenger flow forecast and the total parking space demand forecast, the travel proportions of different transportation modes are analyzed, and the scale and location of various static transportation facilities are planned based on the characteristics of urban waterfront belt parks. It coordinates the connection of dynamic and static traffic, provides a reasonable scale of parking facilities to meet the needs of static traffic in and out, provide convenient parking services for citizens and tourists, and improve the service quality of the park. The research ideas and methods in this article have certain reference significance for the transportation planning of related parks.
