摘要
当今时代,高校作为以自负盈亏为财务管理理念的独立组织,其管理结果将直接作用于高校运行及发展之路。本文通过深度剖析我国各高校财务管理现状,可知大部分高校仍存在管理不善等情况,因此为解决困扰当前高校财务管理方面的困境,积极引进创新机制,通过绩效考核传递组织目标和压力,加强高校实现预期目的计划性,客观公正评估相关人员绩效和贡献,以提高高校财务管理的效率及效果。
In today’s era, colleges and universities, as an independent organization that takes self-financing as its financial management concept, its management results will directly affect the operation and development of colleges and universities. Through an in-depth analysis of the current status of financial management in China’s universities, this article shows that most universities still have poor management.Therefore, in order to solve the current financial management difficulties in colleges and universities, we should actively introduce innovative mechanisms, pass on organizational goals and pressures through performance appraisal, strengthen the planning of realizing the expected goals of colleges and universities, and objectively and fairly evaluate the performance and contributions of relevant personnel, so as to improve the efficiency and effect of financial management in colleges and universities.
