摘要
从贫困移民脱贫攻坚工作实际出发,结合绩效评价进行理论研究,总结脱贫考核理论成果,探索贫困移民脱贫攻坚考核指标,构建贫困移民扶贫工作考核指标体系,通过构建层次结构分析模型,计算得出指标权重分值。经计算,创建的6个判断矩阵一致性比例(CR)均小于0.1,层次排序结果满足于检验性要求,用层次分析法计算出的贫困移民脱贫攻坚工作绩效评价指标的权重值比较准确,可为下一步贫困移民脱贫攻坚工作考核提供技术支持。
Based on the work of the poor reservoir resettlers reduction, and the theory of the performance review, this paper sums up the theory of the country’s anti-poverty assessment method, which is to reduce the poverty rate of poverty to the test of the poverty reduction, and to reduce the criteria of the poverty reduction to the level of the poverty reduction, which is to establish a hierarchical model of the hierarchy process, to determine the weight value of the evaluation index. The results show that the established six judgment matrix consistency ratio(CR) are less than 0.1, has a good consistency, hierarchical single sort results can satisfy the requirements of the consistency check, using analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to calculate the impoverished immigrants out crucial job performance evaluation index weight value is more accurate, assessment of working can be crucial for the next step of poor migrants out of poverty to provide technical support.
