摘要 随着现代社会的不断发展,医院的服务管理水平也需要跟上时代的步伐,提升到新的水准。对于患者的满意度调查可以给医院服务发展提供良好的发展方向和依据。基于此,本文通过分析落实患者满意度调查的必要性,从提升患者对医院的认可、提升医院人才质量、缩短患者的治疗时长、降低医患纠纷发生的概率以及优化医院服务质量等方面阐述了满意度调查对医院的影响,希望促进医院服务质量的提升。 With the continuous development of modern society, the level of hospital service management also needs to keep pace with the times and upgrade to a new level. The satisfaction survey of patients can provide a good direction and basis for the development of hospital services. Based on this, this paper analyzes the necessity of implementing the patient satisfaction survey, and expounds the impact of satisfaction survey on the hospital from the aspects of improving the recognition of patients to the hospital, improving the quality of hospital talents, shortening the treatment time of patients, reducing the probability of doctor-patient disputes and optimizing the service quality of the hospital, hoping to promote the improvement of the service quality of the hospital.
