浅析退休人员人事档案管理工作

A Brief Analysis of Retired Personnel File Management

随着中国老龄化速度的不断加快,事业单位不断的创新改制,其退休人员的数量也在日益增多,与此同时退休人员的人事管理工作就变得尤为重要。但现阶段各个单位对退休人员的人事档案的管理问题均存在着一系列的问题。文章以该方面为题,分析了退休人员的档案管理工作的现状。就其中存在的一些问题进行了一些浅析。也对此提出了一些相关的解决方法。

With the rapid aging of China, continuous innovation and restructuring of public institutions, the number of retirees is also increasing, at the same time, the personnel management of retirees has become particularly important. But at present each unit has a series of problems in the management of personnel files of retired personnel. This paper analyzes the current situation of retired people’s archives management. Some of the existing problems are analyzed. Some relevant solutions are also put forward.
