The bidding system is currently the main system adopted by China’s project engineering. However, as China’s urban construction continues to advance, the number of current projects has decreased, while the number of construction companies has continued to rise. Many companies have been unable to win bids for a long time, which has an important relationship with the selection of bidding schemes and quotation strategies of the enterprise. This article mainly analyzes the selection of construction bidding schemes and quotation strategies for construction companies of engineering projects, hoping to help relevant companies increase the probability of winning bids.
