摘要
在信息技术高速发展的今天,发展高效便捷的校园快递成为不可或缺的重要议题,而校园综合快递服务中心的出现有效改善了传统的费时费力的寄取件方式。本文运用重心法以及模糊综合评价法,对S大学服务中心地址进行优化并开展综合评价,得出学生对优化后服务中心的满意度,并就提高服务质量提出了建议。
Today, with the rapid development of information technology, the development of efficient and convenient campus express has become an indispensable important issue, and the emergence of a comprehensive campus express service center has effectively improved the traditional time-consuming and labor-intensive delivery methods. In this paper, the center of gravity method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to optimize the address of the service center of S University and carry out a comprehensive evaluation. The satisfaction of students with the optimized service center is obtained, and suggestions are made to improve the quality of service.
