摘要
调研了兰兴煤业煤层条件及2号+煤顶底板情况,分析了地质条件及柱状图确定综采面的采高。2号+煤顶底板为砂质泥岩压、泥岩等条件,根据资料对对液压支架进行了合理配套及选型,确定了支架的工作阻力和采高范围;通过FLAC3D模拟软件建立数值模型,对支护效果进行了分析,为综采面液压支架配套、选型研究提供了一定参考。
The coal seam conditions of Lanxing coal industry and the condition of No.2 + coal roof and floor were investigated. The geological conditions and histogram were analyzed to determine the mining height of the fully mechanized mining face. No.2 + coal roof is sandstone mudstone pressure, mudstone and other conditions. According to the data, the hydraulic support is properly matched and selected,and the working resistance and height range of the bracket are determined. The numerical model is established by FLAC3 D simulation software. The support effect was analyzed, which provided a reference for the matching and selection research of hydraulic support for fully mechanized mining face.
