摘要 高墩连续刚构0#块采用堆载预压预压施工时间长,功效低,尤其大跨度刚构施工更为明显。凯羊高速公路摆捞河大桥悬浇刚构0#块施工托架体系采用液压千斤顶张拉钢绞线来模拟荷载,将面荷载模拟成等效的多点集中荷载来实现预压。通过采用液压千斤顶张拉钢绞线预压能够很好的解决高墩连续刚构0#块预压难题,为同类工程施工提供借鉴。 High-pier continuous rigid frame 0# block adopts preloading and preloading construction time is long, and the efficiency is low, especially the construction of large-span rigid frame is more obvious. The construction bracket system of the pendant rigid frame 0#block of the Bailao River Bridge of Kaiyang Expressway adopts hydraulic jack tensioning steel strand to simulate the load, and the surface load is simulated as an equivalent multi-point concentrated load to achieve preload. By adopting hydraulic jack tensioning steel strand precompression, it can solve the pre-compression problem of high-pier continuous rigid frame 0# block, and provide reference for similar engineering construction.
